Once you have hired and onboarded your first 3 reps we will aid in their initial training and development.
This includes how to target local community organizations to secure contracts to provide services to their clients.
Absolutely not!
Our clients hire us to help them step by step to get their business up and running. You are only responsible for the monthly consultation fees.
After that, we handle all background check fees, shipping fees, bonuses to your agents, building your website/hosting, and a list of other costs that's all included in your consulting program.
If you choose to incorporate your business, then any fees for the registeration of your business is paid to the Dept of State. This is suggested, however, it is optional and not required.
Our system is designed to give you a step by step guide to incorporating your new business, obtaining your EIN, onboarding with one of our distribution companies, and ordering your government Lifeline devices to give out for free.
From there, we will provide you with ongoing training to help recruit staff, management, operations and growing your business.
Once you sign on to our consulting program you will receive a step by step guide to starting, building, and growing your new company. We will get you licensed with one of our Lifeline distributors who will provide you with your inventory to give away in your community and pay you for activating customer devices.
Additionally, you will receive guides on how to recruit new staff, how to find local organizations to help you offer the Lifeline devices to people in your community, how to manage a direct sales team, and a long list of other vital information to keep you on the road to success.
You will also receive on going trainging and check-ins via monthly one-on-one meetings and group IBO meetings as well.
One of the best feelings is to be paid to help people in our communities.
You will be paid for each activation you complete and also for each activation that any of your staff does. Payments are sent out on a weekly basis.
All activations completed between Monday - Sunday, will be paid out the very next Friday or Saturday.
That's one of the benefits of being your own boss. You control the comp plan for your business.
We will advise you on what market comp plans are for reps, however, you are the boss and can pay your staff what ever you choose to. We urge all IBOs to be fair and pay your staff a decent amount. If your team isn't making money, they will not stay with your company. The more reps you having making money, the more money you will make as the business owner.
The first initial step is to submit a contact form. One of our IBO specialists will schedule a call with you to go over the program.
The next step will be to schedule your initial FREE consultation to go over the system and create a launch plan with you.
You will then fill out the necessary forms and we'll get you onboarded with one of our Lifeline distributors.
